1. Are the glass easy to break?
Hard 5layers carton boxes, six sides with Styrofoamand and each glass wrapped by bubble bags, very safe, and we ready extra 10% glass to instead of broken glass, general only 2 or 3pcs break or without damages.

2. Is it easy to assemble?
It is not hard, if you do assemble according to the installation instruction, it will be succeed to assemble a complete chandelier, please don’t worry, I am aways there, so when you receive the chandelier, you can contact me any time, I will try my best to insist you to finish the installation.

3. Can I diy different style when do assemble?
Yes, you don’t need to assemble same effect as original one, When you do different size and different color layout, the final effect will be different. This is the characteristics of this chandelier. There is no stereotyped shape. You can play freely or follow the original picture.

4. How about the production time?
Stock items, finish packing within 3days, most of chandeliers are made to sell, need approx 15-20days. If do big size more than 300cm, need approx 30days.
