Return & Refund Policy

– The return or exchange of a product is a right for all our customers, and it includes all the products we offer in our shop.

– All the products offered in our shop are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.

– Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packed in its original packaging.

– The customized product is not eligible for a refund or return because it took us a lot of time and effort to manufacture it for you and on your own size, and we cannot sell it to another person (everyone and their choices).

– Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

– Please take a picture and send the product with the city, address, and order number specified so that it can be replaced by another product in case the product is corrupt or has a certain defect, or it is not used in accordance with the agreement.

– The amount is returned to the customer in full if the product he received is completely different from the product presented on our website.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@hikwa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
